Tribal Justice System Youth Safety Project

The Pinoleville Pomo Nation requested funding to: develop a trauma-informed MDT; develop concrete and practical procedures for the handling of child abuse and abuse cases; and conduct a community needs assessment and develop a strategic plan and logic model to guide the development of the program. Funding will support salary and fringe for one full-time case manager; travel to attend the CTAS Orientation; office supplies and equipment for staff; furnishings to create a comfortable meeting space; a contract to provide trauma-informed training to all Pinoleville staff; victim assistance services; and indirect cost rate.
