The Pima County Juvenile Court Center proposes to address domestic violence through a pilot program utilizing the best-practices principles of the Juvenile Delinquency Guidelines developed by the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ). The Pima County Juvenile Court Center will work with the NCJFCJ staff to develop a framework of foundational principles and best practices to develop and sustain a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary collaboration.
