Nachman & Associates is a law firm specializing in training organizations to successfully transfer highly skilled foreign national workers to the United States. The grantee will use these funds to provide immigration-law education services to employers and employees across the entire state of New Jersey. The grantee educates employees and employers about proper employment verification procedures and employment discrimination related to immigration in connection with Immigration acts. Award funds for this project will support costs associated with training seminars, website development, and software.
