Prosecutorial Reform Index in Bulgaria

The American Bar Association, Rules of Law Initiative (ABA/ROLI) will support the Bulgaria Prosecutorial Reform Index (PRI) program. The Bulgaria PRI serves three primary purposes: 1) focusing reform by the US government, Bulgaria, other donors; 2)facilitating the monitoring of progress over time; and, 3) highlighting, among policymakers, experts, and the general public, the areas in need of further improvement.

Funds will be used to pay ABA Washington-based staff salaries and fringe benefits, continental/inter-continental travel, and contract costs for services and goods in Bulgaria.
