National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) Training, Technology Assistance and Help Desk

The Integrated Justice Information Systems Institute Inc. will provide justice information sharing training and technical assistance services, including classroom-based and online training, on-site technical assistance, help desk, and knowledgebase management to support JIS programs and initiatives nationwide. They will provide remote training and technical assistance; conduct in-person and on-site training and technical assistance engagements to support justice practitioners; and provide help-desk and knowledgebase management services.
