The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) will support the technical implementation and enforcement of privacy rules in criminal justice agencies by providing technical assistance, implementation guides, online implementation primers, and outreach tools. They will emphasize the translation of existing privacy policies into formats that can be automatically enforced by information systems. NCSC will provide technical assistance to fusion centers because they are organizations that experience the problem of real world policy enforcement in a particularly critical way. They will provide selected fusion centers with technical assistance on the implementation of the privacy policy.
