The Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR) will continue the National Gang Center (NGC) Project. IIR will review, update, and deliver existing anti-gang training; develop and deliver new gang-related courses; and operate and maintain NGC. They will provide training and technical assistance to law enforcement, other justice professionals, non-governmental organizations, and community members, and provide assistance with anti-gang programs, strategies, and policy development.
