Tribal Detention Administrators Forums and Correctional Facilities on Tribal Lands Workshops

The Justice Solutions Group (JSG) will host and deliver Tribal Detention Administrators Forums and Correctional Facilities on Tribal Lands Workshops to tribal jail administrators and planning teams. They will offer forums through which tribal jail administrators and planning teams will have an opportunity to collaborate and network, exchange ideas and 'best practices,' discuss challenges, share success stories and discuss emerging criminal justice issues. Detention administrators and personnel in Indian Country struggle under these circumstances to maximize existing resources and do more with less. There is a great need for a wide array of justice system and facility responses and improvements throughout Indian Country. JSG is uniquely qualified to work with relevant stakeholders to design and implement the proposed workshops and forums and develop relevant publications sharing 'lessons learned
