The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission will use their 2012 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) monies to continue funding: 1) prisoner reentry programs in seven counties that were started in 2009 by the Department of Corrections staff and members of the Governor's Reentry Council; and 2) to support existing drug court programs serving adults, juveniles, and families, with an emphasis on stabilizing programs that are otherwise facing reduced resources.
