The recipient will use their FY14 PREA Reallocation grant to assist the agency with its continued efforts to become PREA compliant by developing an automated PREA records management system. The creation of this PREA Compliance and Notification Application Project (PCNA) technology will enhance monitoring, responsive planning, investigations and medical/mental health care. The MNDOC PCNA team will complete the agency's PCNA project, to assure victims of sexual abuse or harassment that the holistic approach of investigation, advocacy, counseling and security against retaliation is being completed and audited.
