The Maryland Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention will utilize the FY14 Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Reallocation funds to support the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services and the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. Funds will be utilized to implement PREA requirements to certify full compliance with national standards to prevent, detect, and respond to prison rape. NCA/NCF
