The Regional Information Sharing System (RISS) Program offers a variety of services and support to law enforcement agencies including secure information sharing and communications system for regional information sharing between Federal, State, tribal, and local law enforcement agencies, critical analytical and investigative support services, and event deconfliction to enhance officer safety. RISS supports efforts against organized and violent crime, gang activity, drug activity, terrorism, human trafficking, identity theft, and other regional priorities. The Rocky Mountain Information Network (RMIN) serves law enforcement officers in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and parts of Canada. RMIN links agencies from neighboring states into a regional network that connects law enforcement agencies using a secure, web-based, cost-effective dedicated network. RMIN provides services to federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement member agencies in fulfilling their public safety missions combating crime. NCA/CF
