All grant funds will be used to reimburse the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office and the Baton Rouge Police Department for overtime costs. The LCLE will not retain any funds for administrative costs (not allowed for this grant), but instead will pass through the entire award amount (up to $650,000) to said local law enforcement entities.
