Strategic Plan for Compliance Using Capacity Enhancement

Monroe County will use this funding for training of additional laboratory personnel, capacity enhancement to accommodate additional personnel, succession planning and professional development, and improvement of data management.

The project will incorporate outsourcing of STRmix and Lean Six Sigma training of five DNA analysts, as well as provide leadership training for succession planning, create and support an efficient workflow by purchasing four centrifuges, five additional software licenses and one host license, and purchase improved LIMS and Qualtrax software.
