The Arkansas State Crime Laboratory (ASCL) requests funding to renovate existing space in their laboratory to alleviate movement waste - an issue that was found during a Lean Six Sigma process efficiency study. The ASCL is dedicated to improving improve overall efficiencies in the laboratory and has promised over the required 25% matching funds for this project.
