CJCC plans to issue a request for funding proposal to counties across the state to invite them to participate in the naloxone initiative. The request for proposals (RFP) will be competitive, with funding organizations matching our initial grant application. We are asking authorization to carry out the RFP in order to achieve the objectives of the original grant application.
