The FY 2021 The HOPE Institute: Applying the Principles of Swiftness, Certainty, and Fairness funding opportunity is now available.
This solicitation seeks a training and technical assistance (TTA) provider to provide information, resources, and TTA to state, local, and tribal community supervision agencies seeking to develop and test new or enhanced applications of the swift, certain, and fair (SCF) principles using a data-driven, collaborative process that is informed by research and responsive to local circumstances.
