Law enforcement officers have a sworn duty to keep their communities safe. The unfortunate reality is that this includes responding to crises and volatile situations, and these events come in various shapes and sizes. Increase officer safety and wellness by focusing on remaining calm in the face of difficult situations or crises.

This web event is designed for line/patrol law enforcement officers, however, all sworn law enforcement professionals are invited to participate. Attendees will:

• Learn strategies to prepare for and respond to unfamiliar or challenging circumstances.
• Promote increased officer safety by emphasizing how to remain calm in difficult or stressful situations.
• Address how you, as law enforcement officers, can balance the complexities of the law enforcement profession with understanding and responding to the needs and expectations of the communities you protect and serve.
