Making Data-Driven Decisions to Enhance Your Diversion or Deflection Program

This webinar will highlight how administrators of law enforcement-led and first responder diversion programs can apply evaluation recommendations to adjust program implementation for improved outcomes.

Speakers from two police-led diversion programs, Hero Help in New Castle County, Delaware, and the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion program in Longmont, Colorado, will briefly discuss evaluations of their programs and key actions they took based on the recommendations of those evaluations. The moderator will then facilitate a roundtable discussion.
