New National Resources to Address Gender-Based Violence focusing on Law Enforcement and Domestic Violence Homicide

During this webinar, presenters will highlight two national resources designed to help address gender-based violence:

• The Center for Court Innovation’s Domestic Violence Resource for Increasing Safety and Connection (DV RISC) is designed to help jurisdictions enhance their approaches to reducing risk and preventing homicide in intimate partner violence (IPV) cases.
• The Institute for Intergovernmental Research’s National Violence Against Women Law Enforcement Training and Technical Assistance Consortium (LETTAC), which is dedicated to helping all members of the law enforcement family—including prosecutors, civilian staff, and call center personnel—respond to, investigate, prosecute, and ensure accountability for VAWA and IPV-related crimes.
