The primary objective of the project is to improve and enhance law enforcement programs in Kennebec County, Maine. A secondary objective of this project is to replace aging or ineffective equipment.

The subgrantee, Waterville Police Department, would like to amend the scope of their purchase to include polce range equipment in the form of mags, sights and sim training equipment such as protective gear and round.  This amendment request is due to departmental needs at this time.
