JCS FY 2021 Project Safe Neighborhood

Below is an outline of the award and sub-award process of the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Southern District of West Virginia and Justice and Community Services (JCS):

The USAO selected JCS as its fiscal agent;
An application is submitted to BJA;
Once the award is announced by BJA, JCS issues a Request for Proposals (RFP);
The USAO then selects sub-grantees through a competitive process; and
Sub-grantees submit applications for funding.

A detailed Project Abstract and Narrative will be developed after these steps are completed and will be provided to BJA for review.
