Delaware’s FFY2022 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program

Delaware seeks to continue its current RSAT project to support the Department of Correction's "New Choices" program and Youth Rehabilitative Services "Seven Challenges" program.  The Criminal Justice Council will administer the grant and subaward to YRS to serve adjudicated boys requiring residential substance use treatment in Ferris School, and DOC to serve adult women who are pregnant and postpartum requiring residential substance use treatment.
