West Virginia's FY 2022 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program

The West Virginia Division of Administrative Services (DAS)/Justice and Community Services (JCS) will administer funds from the allocation of the FY 2022 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Grant Program. Funds will be sub-granted to the WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR), the entity responsible for fulfilling the requirements and following the regulations of the RSAT grant program. The Division will use this funding to continue to support RSAT facilities established within the state’s correctional system. DCR will continue to implement the standards and methods for 10 RSAT therapeutic communities in its facilities. The proposed project will utilize funding to implement the treatment programs, training and aftercare services for the period of October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2026.
