BJA FY 2022 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) PROGRAM - LOCAL SOLICITATION updates

The Kennewick WA Police Department was awarded funding under the 2022 Justice Assistance Grant. As KPD is disparate with Benton County, KPD will share funds with Benton County WA along with Richland , WA Police Department as listed in the solicitation instructions. Kennewick plans to purchase new training software and media room equipment. Benton County Sheriff's Office plans to purchase secure storage for patrol vehicles for evidence. Richland WA Police Department plans to purchase Jui-Jitsu training for their officers under a special contract along with equipment and rashguard clothing for the instructors being trained.
