Faith in New York (FINY) aims to use funding through the Byrne Discretionary Grants program to train 10 clergy and community leaders on preventative public safety measures to: reduce violence in our neighborhoods, particularly among youth (ages 16 - 25), formerly incarcerated returning citizens, and Black, Latinx, and immigrant communities; and conduct research on community concerns and program impact.
