Law Enforcement Training Equipment Upgrades

Funding from the FY23 Byrne Discretionary Community Project Funding/Byrne Discretionary Grants Program will be used by the City of Virginia Beach, Police Department, to repair, upgrade, and enhance law enforcement facilities - Creeds, Academi, and LETA - within the city of Virginia Beach. These facility upgrades will provide unique training opportunities for new recruits and veteran officers at the local, state, and federal level who are tasked with serving the residents, businesses, and visitors of the City of Virginia Beach in particular, and the Commonwealth of Virginia in general.
