The Red Bluff Police Department will utilize the FY 23 local JAG award to procure ballistic vests. The vests will be utilized to help maintain a level of safety while conducting basic law enforcement functions and high risk functions. These vests will be uniquely fitted to each officer and NIJ (National Institute of Justice) certified. The Red Bluff Police Department has a mandatory wear policy for law enforcement functions and high risk functions.
