The City of Norwalk will use JAG grant funds to pay for a portion of the Mobile Digital Computer (MDC) leases, contracted through the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. The equipment will be used by Norwalk Public Safety Officers while out on patrol to enforce Los Angeles County ordinances, municipal and vehicle codes, to address safety violations and assist with traffic control.
