City of Lancaster, Public Safety Center.

The City of Lancaster will use JAG funds for a prevention and educational program including efforts to address gang and gun violence, within the community.  The aim of this proposal is to establish a preventative and educational initiative within a community comprising 173,500 residents. The objective of this initiative is to advise the community on methods to avert and diminish instances of violent offenses, thereby enhancing the general welfare of all residents.
