Flock cameras to assist detectives with crime prevention and a computer for phone data extraction

The Thornton Police Department proposes to use the allocated amount of $39,714 to purchase flock camera technology and a high-speed computer that will aid the department in reducing and deterring crime through strategic, data-driven and intelligence-led enforcement to maximize effectiveness.
