Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2023, $30,959)

The County of Bay will use JAG funds to purchase/upgrade 43 desktop computers to become Windows 11 compliant, which is required by the FBI Security Policy. This purchase will enable the agency to stay in compliance with security policy and prevent vulnerabilities to external threats.  Cybersecurity is a serious issue and the agency would like to provide the best safety features available, which also benefits the public and people of Bay County, by protecting vital information provided in criminal and civil cases.
