Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2023, $23,925)

To better protect the citizens of Glynn County the Department is respectfully requesting funds to help purchase five (5) bikes for the Department’s patrol division. The bikes will assist the Department to continue to implement its Community Oriented Policing strategies wherein officers have more interaction with the community in addition to continuing to deter crime in high crime areas.
