Covert Surveillance Camera Project.

The Lake Charles Police Department (City of Lake Charles) is seeking acquire FY 2023 Justice Assistance Grant Program funding, in the amount of $34,452.00 for the procurement of additional Covert Surveillance Cameras for the objective of effectively investigating illegal firearms and narcotic cases. The department requests said funds to purchase additional covert surveillance cameras in order to increase our remote investigative capability without drastically increasing the number of personnel required to monitor the criminal activity.
