City of Springfield Police Peer-to-Peer Program

The Springfield Police Department, as the organizational unit on behalf of the City of Springfield, respectfully submits this program narrative in support of our FY 2023 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Local Solicitation application.  This application focuses the department’s continual efforts to increase the leadership roles to have a lasting impact from officer to community. Additionally, the application will be utilized to make necessary upgrades to outdated and failing portable radios.
