Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2023, $33,172)

The disparate jurisdictions of St. Clair County and City of Port Huron will use JAG funds for crash scene investigation and gas delivery system equipment. St. Clair County will use JAG funds to upgrade computer hardware/software used to document crime/crash scenes. The City of Port Huron will use JAG funds to purchase a gas delivery system for the safe delivery of command-initiated baffled chemical grenades into a hostile environment.
