Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2023, $24,296)

The FY 23 local JAG funds will be utilized to improve the city of Hobbs' Police Department armory through the purchase of additional storage shelves, bins, and a rolling tool cabinet. A portion of funds will be used to purchase additional Glocks with MOS plates, and GL-452 AMG sites to increase officer firearm proficiency. The County of Lea will use JAG funds to purchase work stations and upgraded computers.
