The disparate jurisdictions of the City of Reno, City of Sparks and Washoe County will use JAG funds for law enforcement training, technology, equipment and operating costs. All three participating agencies are requesting to support law enforcement training with this award. The City of Reno will also support software and explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) equipment. Washoe County is requesting supply and operating costs not supported by the general fund for its special teams and units.
