The disparate jurisdictions of County of Lorain, City of Elyria, and City of Lorain will use JAG funds for technology inprovements and equipment. Specifically, County of Lorain (Sheriff's Office) and City of Elyria will use Jag funds to purchase less lethal devices to counter violence and add to option for de-escalation. The City of Lorain will use JAG funds to purchsae updated equipment used for traffic safety and impaired driving incidents.
