Equipment for Horry County Sheriff's Office

The Sheriff’s Office has identified several categories of equipment as a priority for acquisition as part of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Fiscal Year 2023 Local Solicitation. Specifically, the Sheriff’s Office is in need of body armor, trauma kits, breaching tools, electronic fingerprinting, and helmets in order to properly equip officers in the performance of their duties. This proposed use of JAG funding will equip the Horry County Sheriff’s Office to better serve the residents and visitors of the county.
