Texarkana Texas PD - SWAT CommunicationsBowie County Sheriff - Courtroom and Jail Security through Non-Injury Technology

The City of Texarkana, Texas will use JAG funds to purchase new radio headsets for SWAT team members.  The headsets will replace aging headsets that have become an obstacle to effective communications during critical events.

The County of Bowie will use JAG funds to purchase non-lethal, non-injurious de-escalation compliance devices to be used for security concerns involving combative subjects in the jail as well as in the courtrooms.
