City of Edinburg FY 2023 JAG Portable Radios Project

The City of Edinburg will use JAG funds to equip the City of Edinburg Police Department (EPD) with four portable radios and associated accessories that will provide officers with a lifeline to communicate with dispatchers, other officers and agencies to fortify officer safety and efficiency. Accordingly, this project’s goal is to upgrade EPD’s radios so all officers can use the same model, improving communications and officer safety.
