BJA FY 23 Law Enforcement Equipment Support Project-Local Solicitation

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will use JAG funds to purchase law enforcement equipment to equip the Sheriff’s Office with 2 Stereomicroscopes to document and analyze trace evidence;  1 Atlas 4-post vehicle lift to search and collect evidence on/under vehicles; 2 Glove Boxes to analyze hazardous materials to locate trace evidence for crime lab;  41 Intoxilyzer 800 kits to replace expired kits in order for deputies to measure the amount of intoxication on suspected impaired drivers on our roadways; 8 LIDAR radar units to help prevent speed-related traffic incidents.
