Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2023, $91,561)

The City of Odessa Police Department will use JAG funds to purchase equipment for the agency. Equipment consisting of: Bite Suit; Message Trailer; Breaching Tool and a Remote Firing Device.  The City of Odessa Police Department will have a subaward (disparate) with the Ector County Sheriff's Office. The Ector County Sheriff's Office will utilize the JAG funds in purchasing ammo for duty and training purposes.
