The City of Newport News Police Department will use the funds to procure operational supplies that will enhance the safety of our patrol officers. Training to enhance executive leadership skills; equipment that will enhance police recruits in shoot and no shoot situations and allow citizens to experience law enforcement situations and scenarios. In addition, allow installation and replacement of ballistic panels for our NIBN testing area.
