Archway Charter School of Chester, doing business as Chester Community Charter School (CCCS), will school personnel and students on strategies to improve school climate. CCCS will increase capacity by hiring school support personnel (culture/climate coordinators) to directly support the prevention of school violence. The target population is 4,136 students in grades K–8 in nine classroom buildings on four campuses. Subrecipients include: All activities include ongoing coaching and support meetings.
