Multnomah County, Oregon, proposes implementing Reimagining Justice in the Cully neighborhood in partnership with the Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA). The program aims to test innovative approaches to achieving community safety that will serve as an alternative to traditional law enforcement approaches in Portland’s Cully neighborhood, while increasing trust between law enforcement and residents.
