Evidence Equipment and Training

Funding provided through this grant will allow the Concord (NH) Police Department the ability to purchase specialized equipment and training that is not funded through its current budget. Funding will be used to purchase (2) All-Terrain Metal Detectors, (2) Digital Forensic Cameras, a Laser Scanner Sphere and Magnet Kit, and a Scanner Kit.

Funding will also allow Department members to be trained in Computer Voice Stress Analysis, National Forensic Academy Training, Advanced Bloodstain Pattern Analysis & Advanced Shooting Incident Reconstruction training, and Advanced Crime Scene Processing W/ Photography training.  The combined cost of the specialized equipment and training is $73,000.
