Public Safety Equipment for Local Law Enforcement

The City of Sheffield, AL proposes to implement funding to purchase public safety equipment for local law enforcement. The purpose is to improve the provision of law enforcement services for the City of Sheffield, AL via the purchase, equipping, and deployment of police vehicles. Improved provision of law enforcement services to the community is the outcome expected from the purchase and deployment of updated police vehicles and equipment. Intended beneficiaries of the project include all served and protected by the City of Sheffield Police Department.
