The New Mexico Department of Justice will utilize funding to purchase and deploy IBIS BRASSTRAX workstations in four strategic locations across New Mexico. This is to expand the capacity to collect gun casings from shootings and to feed that information to its Crime Gun Intelligence Center, which will generate investigative leads by analyzing crime guns and their associated networks.
